Lets Break Down How We Work Step By Step!
1. Apply For Finance
Submit an application through to us online, so we can go over your profile and submit it onto our lenders (Don't forget to send us a picture of your license)!
Once this is done, we will have an answer within 24 hours. We will then have a budget and purchasing guide lines for you.
2. Find Your Dream Car
We work with a range of car dealers & can help source a car for you.
However, if you have already seen a car you like, simply let us know the details so we can get the vehicle approved too!
While we are able assist with purchasing privately, we highly recommend buying off a Registered Car Dealer for the added security and safety!
3. Test Drive & Inspect
Once you've passed on the vehicle details to us and we have it approved, you can now organise to view it.
We recommend bringing someone along that can help you inspect the vehicle or you can give us a call so we can run you through a few of the basics on what to look for!
Make sure you're happy with the vehicle and give us a call letting us know you want to proceed.
4. Mechanical Warranties & Insurances
We offer a range of mechanical warranties to keep you covered.
The warranties can be included into your finance, so theres no upfront costs for you! These start from as little as $4 per week*
We also are able to provide Guaranteed Asset Protection Insurance (GAP) & Credit Contract Indemnity (CCI). Please contact us for more information regarding this.
These warranties and insurances give you the peace of mind knowing you're fully covered!
5. Sign Loan Documents
Now that we have all the numbers finalised, we will have a bit of paperwork to be signed up.
These documents can be signed digitally on your phone via email.
You will receive 2 emails:
- Loan contract documents
- Vehicle Offer & Sales Agreement
These will contain a full breakdown of your finance contract, so there are no hidden fees!
6. Get Insurance For Your New Vehicle
Now you will need to get your standard Motor Vehicle Insurance put onto your new car before you drive it away.
If you don't already have a preferred insurer we recommend AA or AMI. Give them a call and finalise a policy. Email us the confirmation certificate and you'll be good to go.
7. Organise Pick Up
In some cases we can get all of the above (steps 4-6) sorted out while you are still there viewing the vehicle.
However we will usually need a few hours heads up if you would like this to happen.
Now that all of the documents are finalised we will pay the seller the total amount for their vehicle and you can drive off in your new car!
8. Leave Us A Good Review!
We will email you with all the documents you have signed and finalise any last questions you have.
